Terms of Hire

How much space do I need to allocate?

You need a maximum space of at least 2mtres wide, 2.1mtres high and 3mtres deep.

How can I secure the date? 

A non refundable deposit of $250 is required to lock in your date. However, full payment is required if your event date is less than 3 weeks away.

How do I pay my deposit?

You will need to make a direct bank transfer into our nominated account.

What if I want to cancel my booking?

Cancellations will not be given a refund. This is because we have reserved the date for you and turned away customers.

When will you set the photo booth up? 

Set up generally starts no earlier than 2 hours before your hire time. We will coordinate the best set up time with your venue.

When will you pack up the photo booth?

Pack up begins as soon as your hire time comes to an end.

Can I supply my own green screen images?

Yes. Please note that offensive images that are either violent, have mature themes or vulgar language will not be accepted by Dazzle Party Hire as a green screen image. 

Can I design my own logo for the bottom of the strips? 

Yes. The design to be added to the bottom of the photo strips must be emailed no later than two weeks before your event. 

Can I provide my own props and/or guest book?

Yes, certainly.

Do I get a copy of all the images taken?

Yes, you will be emailed a private link in which you will be able to access all the photos taken from the photo booth. This is provided within 1 week of your event.
