Photography Terms

What deposit is required to lock in my date?

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your date or full payment if event is less than a month away at time of booking.

What if I decide to cancel my booking? 

Cancellations will not be given a refund, as we have reserved the date for you and turned away potential customers.

Attendance

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil the job, we will arrange a replacement photographer to cover the agreed time frame. 

Viewing

Final images will be supplied no later than 5 business days following the event.

Quality of Service

Dazzle Party Hire will provide a photography service of the quality advertised on its website. Only images that meet our standards will be provided. Images not supplied to the client are deleted from the system at point of selection and are not stored in archive.

Complaints

Any complaints should be made within 14 days of the images being supplied. This should be addressed in writing/email to Dazzle Party Hire. We endeavour to respond to any complaints within 48 hours.
