Photography Terms

What deposit is required to lock in my date?

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your date or full payment if event is less than a month away at time of booking.

What if I decide to cancel my booking? 

Cancellations will not be given a refund, as we have reserved the date for you and turned away potential customers.

Attendance

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil the job, we will arrange a replacement photographer to cover the agreed time frame. 

Quality of Service

Dazzle Party Hire will provide a photography service of the quality advertised on its website. Only images that meet our standards will be provided. Images not supplied to the client are deleted from the system at point of selection and are not stored in archive.

Final Balance

Any outstanding amount is due no later than 3 weeks prior to the event.

Copyright

Dazzle Party Hire retains the copyright for all images. A copyright licence is granted to the client for personal use only. Dazzle Party Hire retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner, at any time and in any part of the world, for the purposes of advertising and promoting work.

Do you give out RAW images

Dazzle Party Hire does not release RAW (unedited) images.

Viewing

Final images will be supplied no later than 14  business days following the event.

Complaints

Any complaints should be made within 21 days of the images being supplied. This should be addressed in writing/email to Dazzle Party Hire. We endeavour to respond to any complaints within 48 hours.
